REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

At Clare TM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our policies for each of our services.

2. The Rebel Connection™ Membership

2.1 Monthly Membership

The Rebel Connection™ is a monthly recurring membership billed at £111/month.

2.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalties or fees.

To cancel:

Email [email protected] with "Cancel Membership" in the subject line

Include your name and email address associated with your account

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle

2.3 No Refunds for Partial Months

Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period, but no refund will be issued for the current month.

2.4 Founding Member Rate Protection

Founding Members who lock in the £111/month rate keep that rate for life, as long as their membership remains active and in good standing.

If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, the current membership rate at that time will apply.

2.5 Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

We will attempt to notify you via email

We may retry the charge

After multiple failed attempts, your membership may be suspended or cancelled

To reactivate a suspended membership, you must update your payment information and settle any outstanding balance.


3. BlueSky Thinking™ Private Mentorship

3.1 Program Terms

BlueSky Thinking™ is a private, bespoke mentorship program with specific terms outlined in your individual enrollment agreement.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms, pricing, and duration are customized for each client and specified at the time of enrollment.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility for BlueSky Thinking™ is determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in your enrollment agreement.

Generally:

Before program start: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits (if applicable)

After program start: No refunds for completed sessions; remaining sessions may be eligible for partial refund or rescheduling at Clare's discretion

4. Root Wellness Products

4.1 Third-Party Products

Root Wellness products are provided by Root Brands and fulfilled directly by them.

Clare TM acts as an affiliate and does not process, ship, or handle returns for Root products.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, and product issues for Root Wellness must be handled directly with Root Brands according to their return policy.

To initiate a return or request a refund:

Clare TM cannot process refunds for Root products.


5. General Refund Conditions

5.1 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

Partial months of The Rebel Connection™ membership

Completed sessions or services already delivered

Digital products or recordings accessed/downloaded

Administrative or processing fees (where applicable)

5.3 Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your access to services

Pursue collection of any outstanding amounts

Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities

6. Changes to Services or Pricing

6.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

If we discontinue a service you've paid for:

We will provide advance notice where possible

You will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused, prepaid period

6.2 Price Changes

We may change pricing for our services at any time.

For existing members:

Price changes will be communicated in advance

Founding Member rates are protected (for The Rebel Connection™)

You will have the opportunity to cancel before new rates take effect


7. Exceptional Circumstances

7.1 Extraordinary Situations

In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, family emergency, etc.), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact [email protected] with details of your situation. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will review each request with compassion and fairness.

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, technical failures, etc.).

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions where possible.
